Common Questions

What languages do you work in?

I work professionally in English & Spanish, with a sprinkle of Catalan. Please note that for translation work and copywriting, I'm not a professional copywriter or translator, so I prefer to collaborate with experts and would be happy to put you in touch.

What do you need from the me during the project?

Your availability. In order to meet project timings, you'll need to be responsive in providing feedback, providing content and approving work.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are stated in the pack price, which are usually 2–3 rounds, as needed. You can always add extra rounds at an hourly rate. Client feedback is naturally incorporated at every stage of the process.

Do you have payment plans?

For most projects, payment will be 50% at the start of the project and 50% on completion. For long duration projects, payments can be divided by service, or by modules.

How do I book a project with you?

Usually, we would begin with a 30 minute discovery call, where you tell me about your project. Then, we will send you a proposal by email. If you are happy with the proposal, work can start on receipt of 50% confirmation payment, and digital signing of a project agreement.
