Dalia is a monitoring platform that uses AI and machine learning to analyse and predict business transaction behaviour. Created by infoDirect and aggity, it helps banks and retailers manage payment systems by tracking the full transaction cycle—from card activation to fraud prevention—while optimising user experience and dispute handling.
As a completely new product and service combining both platform and personalised consulting, we worked together to develop a complete brand strategy, naming, visual identity and web design from scratch that would enable us to differentiate Dalia from its competitors and present a fresh new product to the market that would appeal to its potential clients in banking, retail and e-commerce sectors.
